Will your information be shared with anyone else?
We may disclose your personal information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider. Each service provider is a for-profit entity that processes the information on our behalf, following the same strict privacy protection obligations mandated by the CCPA.
We may use your personal information for our own business purposes, such as for undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration. This is not considered to be 'selling' of your personal information.

Our advertising partners, LinkedIn and OpenAI, receive information about how you use our website to measure our advertising, which may count as 'sharing' under the CCPA. You can ask us to stop it, as described in 'Other privacy rights' below.

18. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR INFORMATION WHEN YOU USE AI ASSISTANTS?
In Short: If you connect an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude to your Tiiny Host account, we process the requests it sends on your behalf to publish and manage your sites.
You can connect an AI assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to your Tiiny Host account. Depending on the assistant, you either sign in to Tiiny Host and approve the connection, or enter a sign-in code that we email to you. Once connected, the assistant can, when you ask it to, list your sites, publish new sites, update them, and delete them.
What we receive. When the assistant sends us a request, we receive the content of the file you ask it to publish or update (up to 15 MB), its file name, and the site address you choose, if any. If you connect with a sign-in code, we also receive your email address. We do not receive your conversations with the assistant, only the requests it sends to Tiiny Host to carry out what you asked.
What we send back. We return the results of your requests to the assistant: your site addresses, when each site was created, how many sites you have and your plan's site limit, and whether a request succeeded. The assistant's provider, such as OpenAI or Anthropic, processes this information under its own privacy policy.
What we store. Content you publish through an assistant becomes a site in your account and is kept like any other site (see
'HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?'). For the connection itself we store which assistant is connected, your account ID, and, if you are a team member, your email address. Authorisation codes and tokens are stored only as one-way hashes and are deleted automatically when they expire: codes after 5 minutes, access tokens after 1 hour, and refresh tokens after 30 days.
Analytics. Each request is recorded in our product analytics (PostHog) with your account ID, a one-way hash of your email address, the action requested, whether it succeeded, and how long it took. It does not include the content, file names, or site addresses.
How we use it. We use this information only to carry out your requests, to keep the Services and your account secure, and to understand how connections are used so we can improve them.
Your choices. You can disconnect an assistant at any time in its settings. You can also delete sites in your dashboard, delete your account, or ask us to delete your information at tiiny.host/help.
